Rejoice
Golan Heights
Limited edition of 5
I captured this photograph of a Eucalyptus tree forest in the Golan Heights using the technique of long exposure, which keeps the shutter open for longer in order to record any movement of the subject. While the shutter was open, I moved the camera up and down to create a blurred effect that makes the photo almost look like a painting. With this effect, it appears to me as though the forest is singing and rejoicing, as it says in Psalms:
“The fields and everything in them exult; then shall all the trees of the forest rejoice” (Psalms 96:12)
