There is an incredible unity and inseparability of the ocean waters as the waves roll along the horizon and onto the shore. Although I know that there are billions of living creatures beneath the surface, it does not seem to change my perspective. At the meeting point of water and dry land, I am reminded that this oneness exists everywhere, helping me to connect to the world around me and feel more grounded in my being.
